There is no greater gift than truly knowing ourselves.  Do we really know ourselves?  How often do we look into the "mirror" in search of our real Me?

Who determines the quality? – The customer does. Quality product or service is the one that the consumer buys repeatedly.  In general, quality is meeting and exceeding customer expectations at a price that he is willing to pay to possess the product or service.

Every manager sooner or later comes to the big question about the quality of goods and services he sells. But do all market participants define the quality the same way?
