Does the Boss Matter?
2012
To be good leaders, managers, leaders means to continually enhance the subordinates’ performance by watching their backs: providing a safe working environment for the employees to act, learn, and take calculated risks; protect them from unnecessary distractions and any external idiocy of any stripe; and creating hundreds of small scenarios to help them achieve one small success after another (regardless of the size of the success it has a huge positive impact on people’s motivation) and feel dignity and pride along the way.
Generating Ideas - Approaches, Techniques and Talents
2011
A key factor in the effectiveness of the techniques is the selection of people who will use them and the overall group skills.
Generators of good ideas are a rare kind of people. These people know how relatively accurately to predict what will happen in the future H if we start today activities A + B + C. When you encounter such a talent, please take care to enter it in the "green" notebook – the one with a list of people who have the potential to help your success.

The Future of Marketing
2010
According to the authors of Marketing 3.0 - Philip Kotler, Hermawan Kartajaya and Iwan Setiawan – we are currently experiencing the deepest economic crisis since 1930. The banks and the greedy investors are blamed to be the main culprits for the crisis. Consumers are tightening their spending and switch to cheaper brands and products.
The big difference is the loss of confidence.
Marketing Management 3.0
2010
The father of management science and grandfather of marketing – Peter Drucker - claims that management is marketing and innovation. As his loyal fan I started reading the book Marketing 3.0, written by the father of Marketing - Philip Kotler.
In the first chapter I found an interesting comparison table between:
• manufacturing marketing concept /Marketing 1.0/
• traditional marketing concept /Marketing 2.0/
• modern marketing concept /Marketing 3.0 /
